1) Acceptance of Terms
The Service is operated by RadMentor Pvt Ltd. (“RadMentor”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with us consisting of these Terms and any policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy). If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and not barred from using the Service under applicable law, including export and sanctions laws. Institutional or multi-seat use requires our written consent.
3) Accounts & Security
- One account per individual. Do not share, sell or transfer your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, investigate fraud, or enforce these Terms.
- Admin Impersonation. Any “impersonation mode” is an internal/admin tool; end-users must never impersonate others.
4) Educational Use; No Medical Advice
The Service provides educational content and simulated drafting tools. RadGen and all outputs are not medical advice, not a medical device, and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You must independently review and validate content and outputs, ensure completeness and accuracy, and you remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and documentation.
5) AI/Automation & Beta Features
- Limitations. AI features can produce incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate outputs. Always review before use.
- Inputs. Do not submit confidential or patient-identifiable information unless fully de-identified and lawful. You are responsible for all inputs.
- Outputs. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use outputs for your lawful purposes. You must ensure downstream use complies with law, ethics and institutional policy.
- Improvement. We may use aggregated and/or de-identified prompts, usage and outputs to improve the Service. Contact us to request an opt-out where legally available.
- Beta/Preview. Features labelled Beta/Preview/Experimental may be modified, rate-limited or withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable.
6) Acceptable Use
You will not, and will not permit others to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk export, copy large portions, reverse-engineer, benchmark or attempt to derive source code;
- bypass technical or rate limits, or access unauthorised areas;
- re-sell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, or use bots to access the Service;
- upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content;
- post or solicit live exam content, violate exam rules or encourage academic misconduct;
- submit personal data of patients or third parties without consent and a lawful basis.
We may remove content, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations.
7) Content & Intellectual Property
- Our IP. The Service (software, design, question banks, explanations, images, templates) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial study and lawful clinical drafting within your organisation.
- User Content. You retain rights in content you upload and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it to operate the Service.
- Feedback. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use suggestions without restriction.
- Exam Affiliation. We are not affiliated with RCR/FRCR, MICR, NEET SS, INI SS or any exam body. Names are used descriptively only.
- Takedown. For IP complaints, see Section 21 (Notices).
8) Subscriptions, Trials & Promotions
- Plans. Details are shown at purchase and may auto-renew unless you cancel.
- Free & Trials. Free plan limits and trial durations are as described on the site.
- Promotions. Launch offers (e.g., complimentary RadGen access) are limited, may have eligibility caps or region limits, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renew any time; access continues until the end of the current paid term.
- Changes. We may change prices or features prospectively and will notify you where required by law.
9) Payments, Taxes & Refunds
- Processor. Payments are processed by PayU (and/or other providers we may list). We do not store full card details.
- Prices & Taxes. Fees are shown in INR; applicable taxes (including GST) are added at checkout.
- Receipts. Issued electronically after successful payment.
- Failed Payments/Chargebacks. We may suspend access and recover fees arising from chargebacks or disputes.
- Refunds. Digital subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted, except:
- duplicate purchase; or
- accidental purchase with no material use, requested within 48 hours; or
- where required by law.
10) Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google sign-in, payment processors). Those are provided “as is” and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
11) Service Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control (including force majeure). Features—especially Beta—may be changed or discontinued at any time.
12) Examination Integrity
You must not post, upload or solicit live exam questions or violate any exam rules. We may restrict or terminate accounts for misconduct and, where legally required, cooperate with institutions or authorities.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, fraud, or risk to others. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using our content. If we terminate for cause, no refunds are issued.
14) Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Educational content and AI outputs may contain errors; you must review and validate before use.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
16) Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold RadMentor, its directors, employees and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Service or AI outputs; (b) your content (including any patient data); (c) violation of laws or exam rules; or (d) infringement of third-party rights.

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
18) Export Controls & Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national/resident of any restricted country or on any restricted list and will not use the Service contrary to export, re-export or sanctions laws.
19) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.
Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed jointly by the parties, or failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act. The language shall be English. Each party bears its own costs and shares tribunal costs equally unless the award directs otherwise. Nothing prevents a party from seeking interim relief from a competent court.
20) Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified (e.g., email or in-product banner). Changes take effect on the date stated; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

22) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Electronic Communications. You consent to receive notices electronically.
- Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
